What you'll do

Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends
Support process improvement initiatives
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management

What you bring

3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
Strong Excel and data analysis skills
Excellent written and verbal communication

Nice to have

Experience with SQL
Experience in financial services
